Becki Yore, Running Coach

Becki has been running for about 15 years, and has competed in distances from 5k to the marathon (including Boston), frequently winning or placing in her age group. She coaches runners of all abilities, from beginners to age group runners.

She is also a ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and provides running-specific strength and agility training to runners looking to become stronger and less injury prone.

Gracemarie Bozzi, Running Coach & Yoga Instructor

Gracemarie is a native Chicagoan and has been running for nearly eight years. She has competed in distances from 5k to marathon (including Chicago and Dublin) and is also a trained yoga teacher working on several levels of certification.

She is a loyal coach whose natural zeal, positivity, and sense of humor help to create a soothing, blissful experience for her clients.

Gracemarie finds that yoga is the perfect way to relax and strengthen the mind, body, and soul and provides a nice break from a typical aerobic workout. The combination of yoga and running will repair muscles, fortify bones, and give you faster results that actually improve your overall conditioning.
